I snapped up this reservation last winter because I knew when the thought crossed my mind again in May there will be none available. I chose this week in May because it's after fishing opener and pre-mosquito. Almost canceled because of a death in the family but after 4 difficult days of decision-making and heavy sadness, I knew coming to Lake Vermillion would be a good change of scenery in a peaceful setting. Great set of owners that goes along with thier clean comfortable cabins. Can't wait to go back agian.
Our stay in cabin 2 was excellent. We don't fish, but rented pontoon boat for a couple days and rode around the VERY large lake. Lots to see and explore. Nice, clean cabins and a very fair price. The owner Curt went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed. Was impressed with the little extras that were provided (including multiple night lights, DVD player, heaters and complete and new pans/dishes/etc). Will definitely be back again. Thanks Curt!
We had a great time here!! The cabins are so clean, and have all the comforts of home! Curt and Kathy are great!! We already booked for next year!!
