*EDIT* *Been coming here for YEARS in significant pain, Dr Chhabra diagnosed me with "sciatica" I did physio for a month, no improvement. I had a workplace injury on my right side (opposite side of sciatica) an ended up doing 2 months of physio 3 days a week!! My right side felt brand new, my left side was still in agony an unable to do most exercises without excruciating pain, but I kept just pushing through that pain cause as the doctor said its probably from muscles that aren't used to being worked... I accompanied a patient to an appointment with Dr. Swapna Masurkar, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Her demeanor was aggressive, rude, and at times contradictory. She showed a complete lack of empathy, which is especially concerning in a healthcare setting. When discussing lab results, she came across as though explaining them was an inconvenience, offering little clarity or care. Overall, her behaviour was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend her based on this experience.
I have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours with my 80 year old mother and still haven't got to see a doctor . I did a walk in because my mother's family doctor is on holiday . The service isn't any better with a family doctor . What a waste of time for a prescription. It ended up taking well over 2 hours to see a doctor .
