Absolutely terrible experience with Forest Lakes Medical Centre. Their poor systems led them to completely miss an abnormal reading that could have been cancerous. I only found out a year later—no explanation, no follow-up, nothing. The stress and anxiety this caused were unbearable, leading to of worry and depression until I can finally get the proper testing done. Dr Amira and his team are a famous bunch of professionals in their own fields if you were looking for a doctor or nurse that generally gives a rats arse then give these guys a call you will not regret it. Most doctors push you out the door just to get the next Patient in in my 15 years plus of going to this practice I have never experienced this once. special Mention to Dr Gopal Sankaran that helped me through my ups and downs of my mental health right through my diagnosis to my treatment plan. I had my first ever appointment here today and it was such a great experience! I saw Dr Jia Goh, she was absolutely lovely! She was so thourough and was very caring! She is such a great doctor and shows lots of compassion! She was absolutely excellent! The receptionist were also very lovely and happy too! I will defintely be back!
Google doctors. $85 mixed billing for doing nothing. I would rather go to pharmacist and take medicine myself then to google doctors for diagnosing nothing and prescribing nothing
