Dr luu has been looking after me for 15 years and I do not know how he keeps up with my many health needs sending me kindly reminders and always showing exemplary care and concern. He is attentive, gives excellent feedback, does not talk down to me and is careful not to make decisions for me but with me. I trust him with my life. He has an exceptional and cheerful receptionist in Jenny. So five stars for her too. It always amazes me how cheerful they are despite listening to complaints all day every day. Hoorah to you both.

Great medical centre
This clinic prioritises money over clients health. Refusing to release medical records unless i pay half my fortnightly pension. They hold clients personal data hostage until payment is received actively blocking me seeking medical help from another gp. Avoid this clinic at all costs! So unethical!
Have been seeing Dr Luu for over 10 years. Amazing family doctor. Only place where my kids will get vaccinations without freaking out. Always great customer service.
