Apt was at 10, asked that you show up 30 min early which is totally acceptable. Waited an hour and an half and only had vitals done. Had to leave to go back to work.
Dr. Tanksley is Amazzzzzing! When I first went to see him for my shoulder injury, he made me feel so safe! He listened to me and told me that he would take care of me. Long story short, I had to have Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery. I was so nervous because I did not know what to expect. He explained to me why I needed it and then told me not to worry, that he could fix it. He gave me that assurance that he could fix it, and I Believed Him. I have called twice today put on hold for 15 minutes each and called another office connected to this Dr. They couldn't help or schedule me as a new patient either. I will move on. Extremely unprofessional
my care was less then satisfactory. went in for broken right wrist - no surgery done he preferred not to do surgery on people over 60 - once out of cast in pain still, told him but he said it was healed did nothing sent me on my way. failed to tell me it did not heal correctly. my family dr did that. and due to the improper casting and treatment after coming out of cast - I am basically disabled now in my hand due to the pressure of the cast. a hand surgeon I was referred to told me he could do surgery but it would only make... read more
