Absolutely Unacceptable Experience – Avoid at All Costs We dropped our car off with Tyler at Forest Inn Service Station in early February. It’s now one day away from May, and the car sat there completely untouched the entire time. Throughout this period, Tyler was entirely unresponsive — no returned calls, no replies to multiple voicemails. Dropped car off, first 2- 3 weeks he responded..I didn't call everyday..maybe once a week, if that! No one coukd figure out what was wrong with it..which is ok, but then no response. AT all. Never answered, never called back. For 4 weeks!! Had to show up w a tow truck to get it towed to another garage. Save yourself some time. The first couple weeks seemed fine. But then no communication. If you can't fix the car, that's fine! Just let me know. Disappointed!
