It's a nice Forest. Too bad the on-leash ordinance is not enforced nor followed by many. I've encountered several off leash aggressive dogs. Including 1 that went after a kid that the owner took off with the kid laying in the ground and without helping to render aid. One of these days something is going to be fatal and sue due to neglegence and the lack enforcement.
