Absolutely disgraceful care for my grandad, so unprofessional, we knew the care was end of life but there was no need to keep repeating that my grandad was going to die. Worse care I have ever seen when he eventually got it the day he died. Disgraceful and should be shut down and investigated.
Received zero support from Forest Holme even in the last 24 hours they didn’t come and it was left to district nurses. Made a very painful and difficult situation worse appreciate some people have good experiences but felt like had to beg for their help, even then they didn’t bother. The staff at Forrest Holme are absolutely amazing, they are the kindest people you could ever meet. I've visited on quite a few occasions recently and they also supported me on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. The nurses and receptionists exceptional support and kindness is outstanding. Tina's support was amazing and also Carol, Ellie, Eloise & Elisa. They are very professional, understanding and efficient and the building is exceptionally clean. Poole is a beautiful place & also a beautiful place to pass away. ❤️
