No hot water since Feb of 2022, it is now August 2022. Told management several times, and nothing. Also, half of my home doesn't have electricity, brought to management attention several times, I get the run around. My home was 6 months old when I moved it. Four years later still wiring isn't fixed. Just very annoyed after you pay almost **** a month , and no maintenance service. Water also gets cut off , sometimes without notice for days . Home sweet home! This is a clean, quiet place that you will be happy to call your own. The homes are beautiful..we love ours and we are enjoying getting to know our neighbors as well. It's also just a stone's throw from Tyler for shopping and restaurants but still has a small town feel.

I have been living in Forest Hollow Estates since June of last year. We have had zero problems with residence,management or anyone else. It is very quite and calm out here. Everyone stays pretty much to themselves and the manager is really trying to clean the place up and getting rid of all the bad trash in here. Great job !! I am glad we moved in here. We are hoping the owner will allow us to rent to own the trailer we are in.
