The prescription notification is flawed. I got a notification my prescription was ready and when I went to the store I was told it was not. The notification goes out when a label is created. This does not help me. The solution I was given was to remove my name from the notification platform, not to correct the erroneous message. I would appreciate a message stating my prescription is ready when it really is ready.

I have had an excellent experience at this pharmacy. I have been using their services for almost two years, and I have never had any problems. The staff are always friendly, polite, and ready to help with any questions. They notify me promptly when my medications arrive, and the service is incredibly fast and efficient. I can honestly say this is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I wish them continued success and prosperity!
Bad customer service. I asked a question to the pharmacy lady at the deck. One of the ladies had attention and said “he can go around and ask”. One of the lady was helpful and helped me.
