When we went to place flowers for the Memorial Day weekend, we were shocked at how poorly things are being maintained. Potholes in every drive we took. It hadn't been mown in I don't know how long. It looks like a hay field. Yes it had rained, as it was evident by all the mud that had washed down the roads from their big dirt pile. The grave markers are sinking into the ground. The shrubs are over grown and look terrible. Bad enough for the everyday, but for the Memorial Day weekend? Not acceptable. Where is the respect?

I only choose 1 star cause it won't let me choose none. The forest hill cemetery is the most unprofessional funeral home i have ever seen. They don't return phone calls not even for payment. They robbed my family of being able to say our goodbyes because they wouldn't let us make arrangements for a week in a half. My grandmother had already started changing colors. If I could really say what I think of StoneMor and their property in Greenville,S.C. is that they are very lacking in customer care.My mom and brother and my grandparents are buried at Graceland Cemetery West. They own Randolph Memorial Park in Asheboro NC. Part of driveway has been blocked off for months due to road collapsing. They will not repair.
This Company should NOT Be in this business. They just Pass the Buck! So sad that they have NO Compassion for any Family. I have read other Reviews and I Can't Believe that the Attorney General has not got involved. Maybe that Might be a good idea! So Sad! No Star Rating!!!!!!!!!
