I was told to file a complaint at the college of physicians against these doctors at this medical clinic. It's been a year and a half now since my work place injury. I was told I need a surgery on my shoulder, have a sick scapula, crepitos , tares in my shoulder, I requested prescriptions from these doctors, counselling sessions and medical care for my work place injury. The call wait time is ridiculous, I was on hold for 30 mins
Dr Marzouk changed a lot she used to give patients more time and listen more and she was more accurate,now she is always in a rush what is the point of having an appointment if you have to wait like the walk in dont overbook patients. I am looking for a new dr as i am no longer comfortable . the pharmacist is very good . Kim is nice but liza is not I really hope she see this review as she was the best dr for me and my family I dont know what changed
