I DO NOT RECOMMEND this practice, even though Dr.Panchal is very friendly and personable. She answered all my questions and any concerns regarding the colonoscopy procedure. However, the Jackson Heights and now the Forest Hills location is very disorganized. I have had 2 appointments already and the wait time is EXTREMELY LONG!!!, Today's appointment was with Dr Panchal again, Only to find out Dr.Panchal isn't even here. Dr.Panchal is very friendly and personable. She answered all my questions and any concerns regarding the colonoscopy procedure. However, the Jackson Heights and now the Forest Hills location is very disorganized. I have had 2 appointments already and the wait time is EXTREMELY LONG!!!, Only to find out Dr.Panchal isn't even here. Even though they scheduled me. I have waited an hour for my 2pm appointment and still haven't seen a doctor! Horrible experience so far. I would not recommend this organization.

They are a busy location , which is conveniently located right across the street from Jackson Hieights subway station..
