Never Pick up the Phone
These types of facilities unfortunately have a bad reputation for how they treat their residents. My godfather stayed here for 3 months and the experience was very pleasant. He enjoyed the activities, therapy, food and staff. He even shed some tears on the day of his discharge. Social workers Enandra and Troi stand out as two of the people who truly helped him and advocated for him during his stay. I have nothing but good things to say and definitely recommend the Forest Hills Care Center.
My dad had been to this place for months and had a wonderful time there this was because did physical therapy there. Also, that my sister and I had visited him and bring him food and was happy.
