I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. The desk staff are extremely pleasant to talk to and are very knowledgeable in “mechanic” talk. They ask more detailed questions about your concerns with the car, so they can diagnose it better and relay those issues with the mechanic that will be working on your car. I've gotten multiple repairs done here and will continue coming back! They are able to get the job done efficiently and at a very fair price, particularly for Boston. Their prices have been 25-50% lower than at other reputable auto shops in the area, particularly if you're able to bring in your own parts. I never feel a huge sales push to get extra work done that I don't think is necessary. They have always been extremely professional and kind
