The first thing that impressed me was the way my initial call was handled. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed. To me that was an indication of how the practice is run. Patient care is exceptional. Doctors are knowledgeable and take great care to ensure that patients are comfortable with their options. I’ve been dealing with hearing loss for close to 20 years. This will be my third set of hearing aids. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had as an audiologist. They listened to everything I said, and made adjustments, and actually showed more empathy than I’ve ever had from any provider. I had an outstanding experience at Forest Hills Audiology back in June. Dr. Roksana Borukhov and her colleague, Dr. Kathleen, provided excellent care for my father. They were very thorough and patient, especially with older individuals. My stubborn elderly father can be a difficult patient, but Dr. Borukhov put him at ease and ensured he understood and heard what she was saying since he was hard of hearing. BOTH Dr. Roxanne & Dr. Kathleen were a "joy" to work with on testing plus finding a hearing aid that would best suit my needs and my budget. Most importantly, the patience AND enthusiasm they exude in their profession are oftentimes rare to find within the provider community. I wholeheartedly recommended their practice 200%****
