My dad had been getting by with old, broken hearing aids for years and honestly wasn’t sure anyone could really help him at this point. Dr. Borukhov was incredibly kind and patient. They didn’t rush anything, just took the time to really understand what my dad needed and walked us through the different hearing aid options, including choices at different price points. I got an allotment the next day! my results were given to me in the same day, very fast, staff is very kind and is the best audiology office I ever know.
She is excelent.
Over the years I have known and been treated by many Doctors. Some were great clinicians but were gruff and uncommunicative. Some were very pleasant but would agree with you rather than tell you something you might not have wanted to hear. Others were terrific at their job, but had incompetent people working their desks and/or billing departments. I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr Roxanne Borukhov she was such a pleasure beautiful spirit and staff were very kind she was able to help me get what I needed done I’m so appreciative of her and would recommend anyone looking to see an audiologist she’s simply just the best.
