I recently had ear impressions taken for custom molds and couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely painless. The service was super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. On top of that, the office is beautiful: clean, bright, and a really pleasant place to be. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom ear molds!
Dr B and Dr K are exceptional at understanding my needs and how to accommodate them with the most fitting hearing aids. They take time to evaluate my hearing and detail how to adjust and pair my hearing aids with my phone app. The app has a locator which helps track the devices that is so necessary for me. And they are thoroughly knowledgeable and coordinate with my insurance benefits from NYCDOE. Thanks to them I have recovered my hearing sense and I no longer have to ask people to speak louder or shout out to me!
Very rude and unprofessional doctor. She ordered unnecessary tests, and the office was dirty. I also noticed that the tools did not appear to be properly cleaned or wiped between uses. Very concerning and unacceptable for a medical office. I do not recommend this doctor. It was in her new office btw
I brought my father in for a hearing evaluation today, and it was truly a pleasure to leave this review. From the moment we arrived, the front desk lady was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Borukhov was extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly to both of us. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Roxane Borukhov. I brought my uncle, who has some difficulty walking, and she was incredibly kind and attentive to him throughout the entire visit. She took the time to make sure he was comfortable, explained everything clearly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Her professionalism and compassion really stood out. Dr. Borukhov is a genuinely caring person. I would highly recommend her.
