Over the years I have known and been treated by many Doctors. Some were great clinicians but were gruff and uncommunicative. Some were very pleasant but would agree with you rather than tell you something you might not have wanted to hear. Others were terrific at their job, but had incompetent people working their desks and/or billing departments. I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr Roxanne Borukhov she was such a pleasure beautiful spirit and staff were very kind she was able to help me get what I needed done I’m so appreciative of her and would recommend anyone looking to see an audiologist she’s simply just the best. The office staff and doctor are amazingly professional, kind, and helpful! My mother goes there and they have always treated her warmly and have gone out of their way to help her. I feel extremely comfortable sending my mom there to take care of her hearing needs and she loves them too!
I had a great experience during my first visit. I needed a hearing test for my college, and even as a new patient, they gave me an appointment quickly with almost no wait time. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, and the doctor was extremely professional and genuinely kind. She explained everything clearly and completed the exam efficiently. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!
