Maria and Nuryt have been our go to agents for years and we have always had a seamless experience. With the change of the market, renting out our property took a TON more work on Maria’s and Nuryt’s part. There were many hurdles, tenants with fabricated documents and many offers that weren’t great. They stayed patient, professional and pivoted with every hurdle. Nuryt and Maria are a dynamic duo with hearts of gold! I have worked with them twice over the past six years to find rental properties. When it came time to make an offer, Nuryt and Maria truly know the market and how to put a solid offer together. Last week there were three offers on the table and mine was chosen. Best home buying experience I’ve had (both USA and Canada). Only gave me homes that met my criteria. Hounded the lawyers and other agent until I got what I needed. Didn’t stop helping even after I purchased the home. Best part: two agents meant that I had service immediately even if one of them was busy. Highly recommend !
