A decision to sell was supported without pressure, the staging was lovely simple and made our cozy cabin in the woods a romantic getaway. The Team Baum provided respectful realistic expectations on the selling price and follow up on details as water sampling , well specs and many questions from prospective buyers. The final payment at closing was swift accurate and exactly as the contract stated. We enjoyed working with Sabina Mike and Greg
