A decision to sell was supported without pressure, the staging was lovely simple and made our cozy cabin in the woods a romantic getaway. The Team Baum provided respectful realistic expectations on the selling price and follow up on details as water sampling , well specs and many questions from prospective buyers. Excellent service from start to finish. Mike handled the sale of my 300 acre waterfront property on a small semi-private lake (consisting of 9 separate lots) in a professional and timely manner, including evaluating and pricing the property properly, having a first class video produced to advertise the property on the internet, writing the listing for the property, anticipating any issues that a potential buyer might have (so that we were prepared) and then stickhandling showings and potential buyers' questions.
