We just used Forest Hill for a 65 person wedding shower. Peg was absolutely great to work with throughout the entire process. The food arrived on time, although we were not ready to open the trays for about an hour it was still hot until then! Everyone raved about how good everything was. We had Chicken and Eggplant Parm, Pork Marsala and chose the scalloped potatoes and the vege of the day was Green Beans that were phenomenal. I called to make an inquiry for an office luncheon next week (because our original plans were canceled) the woman audibly sighs and says "you're late!" How unprofessional.. We have upwards of 16 offices around Rochester and many more in Buffalo. I guess its safe to say they will never get our business. Update to your response: No alternatives were offered to us, her response was " oh honey, we don't do anything for under 30."

On every occasion Forest Hill has showed up and showed out from the professionalism of order taking, down to the great food. This is a top notch organization, which I'm proud to have as an ace in my pocket. Great work & food, who could ask for more! Has my vote for Best Restaurant of the Year!
