I called to make an inquiry for an office luncheon next week (because our original plans were canceled) the woman audibly sighs and says "you're late!" How unprofessional.. We have upwards of 16 offices around Rochester and many more in Buffalo. I guess its safe to say they will never get our business. Update to your response: No alternatives were offered to us, her response was " oh honey, we don't do anything for under 30."

On every occasion Forest Hill has showed up and showed out from the professionalism of order taking, down to the great food. This is a top notch organization, which I'm proud to have as an ace in my pocket. Great work & food, who could ask for more! Has my vote for Best Restaurant of the Year!
I would recommend 💯. Food for my daughter’s grad party was great. Delivery was on time and set up was quick. We will be using them again. Thanks ForestHill.
