They have been taking care of our family's vehicles for years. Honest as the day is long!
I've been taking my 2013 x3 there for over a year now and I have no plans on bringing it elsewhere. These guys are fast and professional and very friendly. I highly recommend anybody with Euro cars to bring their vehicle here for top notch care at reasonable prices. As i add onto my BMW collection in the future I will definitely exclusively be taking my cars here.
I had four cars inspected here recently, including a Tesla Model 3. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I’ll be bringing all my cars here for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended.
They "took my money" [$39] and failed my vehicle for inspection, even though the repairs had been done. I then took it up to Jiffy Lube and they recognized the repairs and it passed the inspection. no problem. I ain't goin back to Forrest Hill Automotive. And, besides that, when I first went in and asked about getting and inspection they said ... "TODAY?!" ... I didn't say "today" ... they just assumed that and got mean. I don't know why they gotta be dicks!
