BEWARE! I would try and find another place to rent from. The "management" does nothing except sit in the office, ignore you when you walk in, and collect rent checks. They also took all of my security deposits as well as charged me an extra $450 to replace the carpet over normal wear and tear. They lied saying that it was full of "cat urine" which is preposterous as I have never had this problem before. I know at least one manager is different from 2010, but my experience has be incredibly amazing at Forest Meadows. The apartments are clean and safe. The deposits can be steep ($500 security -$250 refundable/$1000 pet -$800 refundable). I've been living in these apartments for 10months and have already renewed my lease for another year. The managers are incredibly understanding and easy to talk to. Would recommend many times over to anyone who asks.

The manager here has to be the worst in Flagstaff. Watch your back after you sign the lease true colors come out. With the current manager in place I would not recommend these apartments.
