Was there yesterday scoping out the buildings, and there were many spots where the floor has completely fallen through down to the dark basement. so be very careful unless you are on any of the upper floors. Spotted a blood trail in the basement of the admin building leading up to the morgue tray. Looked like someone was being kept in there. Conducted a peroxide test to confirm it was actually blood and it 100% was. Ran into a security truck on my way out and showed them pictures, and they asked me to leave the premise immed... read more
My brother was a long term care patient for about 5 months. I finally decided to move him closer to me. While he was at this facility he had a dramatic weight loss and developed sores from the knees to his feet. He also developed a sacral decubitus that I found. The staff told me that he "eats like a horse, everything on his tray." .Then why the weight loss. One day he wandered, got on the elevator and went to another floor. Horrible place to put anyone. It was very dirty there on the second floor where they placed my mom and when I had them to move her they gave her a drug overdose.
