Not recommended. I moved there in Sept. 2022 and a week after I moved in they began a demolition/construction project in the apartment below me. Due to the concrete foundation, I felt and heard concrete being demolished for a week and had to leave for relief. The same thing happened a month before my lease expired with the apartment next door forcing me to move early.
