I had my son’s car into FGA to look for the cause of an oil leak. Nichole was great to work with as usual continually keeping me up to speed with what the service tech was doing and finding. Found the causes of the leaks and informed me of the cost. They took care of what I wanted them too. Let me know about the different options to move forward with the repair without any pressure. Once a few years back, my car steering ‘stopped’ - emergency issue that was expertly repaired. I was so confident in the service and price and entire explanation - even a checklist on ‘health’ of my car , that this is the only place I now go. So back in the winter ❄️ my car started making weird sounds and jerking noises. I brought it in but Forest Grove could not figure out what the problem was because my car never acted up when I brought it in for them (of course) This happened a couple more times. But finally my car kept getting worse and worse this spring and I brought in the car and Forest Grove was able to figure out the Problem.
