Edit: Ryan has made a sincere apology to me. I feel this interaction was a 1 star experience for my wife and I, but I do not want it to overshadow the years of good work this team has done for me. I have removed some details from my previous review below that I think are not fair to leave online after communicating with Ryan. An edited version of my original review is below. Today was the last day that I will be doing business with Forest Grove Auto. My last interaction just didn’t sit right with me.
I have been going here for 7 years and they are very dependable and honest !!! They always go the extra mile for me...the shop is sparkling clean and they take pride in their work...AND SO VERY FRIENDLY. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM !!! ESPECIALLY NICOLE ( she always calms me down ). God bless them all !!!!
The folks at Forest Grove Auto have been servicing my vehicles for nearly 15 years. They're honest, trustworthy, friendly, and go the extra mile in service to help out. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them!
