My experience with this shop has unfortunately changed. My son was driving from Grand Haven's conference grounds to the school where the volunteers for special needs week slept when the front passenger wheel of his car snapped off. Every lug nut had broken. When we brought this to the shop's attention, they were shocked and confused, stating that they hand-tighten lug nuts by default.
