Glenn from warranty team was so polite and understood our concerns and addressed it perfectly. His service stood out unlike other team members. The guy who interacted with us in sales and the construction manager who built our home was not so professional. They find means to finger point other teams members or customer for thier mistakes rather than addressing the concerns. Construction wise so far we are happy with the quality of products used for building the home. Also we found the portal usefull.
