I lost my dad last month and was out of town taking care of my 75 year old mom. And when i came home my power was shut off. Ive paid my bills for 2years and never had a shut off. I called to explain that their automated service was screwed up and called twice and hung up on me. Forest Grove Utilities shut my power off when my bill was 119 dollars. That i would gladly pay.
