Edit: Ryan has made a sincere apology to me. I feel this interaction was a 1 star experience for my wife and I, but I do not want it to overshadow the years of good work this team has done for me. I have removed some details from my previous review below that I think are not fair to leave online after communicating with Ryan. An edited version of my original review is below. Today was the last day that I will be doing business with Forest Grove Auto. My last interaction just didn’t sit right with me.
Today was the last day that I will be doing business with Forest Grove Auto. Ryan Aukeman was less than honest with my wife and I. After being told the transmission was shot we negotiated the sale of our vehicle through the shop to a third party, or so we were told. Ryan said he was doing us a favor because the car was undriveable. We were explicitly told that the vehicle was being purchased by “one of the guys” at the shop - not the shop itself. I have been going here for 7 years and they are very dependable and honest !!! They always go the extra mile for me...the shop is sparkling clean and they take pride in their work...AND SO VERY FRIENDLY. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM !!! ESPECIALLY NICOLE ( she always calms me down ). God bless them all !!!!
