My experience with this shop has unfortunately changed. My son was driving from Grand Haven's conference grounds to the school where the volunteers for special needs week slept when the front passenger wheel of his car snapped off. Every lug nut had broken. When we brought this to the shop's attention, they were shocked and confused, stating that they hand-tighten lug nuts by default. I really appreciate how well the communication is handled at forest grove. We brought our suburban in for air conditioning service and it is our only vehicle, so we can’t go long without it. Once they were done with the service, I was sent a text message, and we were on our way to pick it up. That is priceless for me and my family. It’s a seamless and swift operation.
