Definitely not a community to live in if you're looking for one with a heated pool. HOA fees include cryotherapy sessions at the pool especially in the "winter" season. Here these Grey Hairs complain about the cold inside the clubhouse but keep the pool freezing. The HOA must be getting kickbacks from a local Orthopedics clinic because keeping the pool this cold is a great way to guarantee a spike in joint pain and medical bills.
