I moved in 3 1/2 years ago and it was nice now my neighbor upstairs is a chain smoker, and my condo is filled with second hand smoke 24/7 so I obviously am being forced out. I have asthma and other lung issues and the other condos on the first floor can smell it as well but we are the ones with No Right, I find that extremely irritating. If you are thinking of moving here also know in the middle of winter chances are you WILL be with HEAT at some point because the pipes will break.
