Great costumer service
We have purchased 2 fireplaces and a firetable from them over the years. One fireplace was 29 years old and looks very out of date. We were doing home renos and decided to replace or refurbish our main FP. The store sent Tom (son of prior owner, Tom) out and he was fabulous. He knew the model immediately, and strongly suggested we simply update it: new blower, addition of a remote, fixing the on/off switch, and painting. They took some of the brass trim off, painted the remaining stuff black and it now looks and works great.... read more
