Dealt with the Chatham store and paid for a bbq. Was to be assembled and ready for pick up the next afternoon. They picked up the wrong one from the Windsor store so ours wasn’t ready. Promised it the next day but we couldn’t pick it up so since they made the error the receptionist promised to deliver for free. I have an electric fireplace, the heat from it heats up the tv above, I went and ask about heat deflector to install between the the tv and fireplace, i did not receive the expected customer service...
I usually do not give 5 stars, but in this case, is well deserved. The customer service at Forest Glade Fireplace is exceptional. I needed some replacement for my Napoleon BBQ. The Service representative contacted Napoleon directly and found me most economical solution. The customer service is exceptional and creates a memorable and delightful experience that leave a lasting positive impression.
I worked here for a little over a year. I was one of the Sales Representatives. At first, everyone seemed friendly, but over time, the true colours started to show. I made it a priority to learn the product, and so that I could efficiently get leads and sell the product. My 14 year old gas fireplace would not work. On Saturday the owner of Forest Glad Fireplace went out of his way to come out to my home and fix my old fireplace. Amazing That was the way a customer should be treated. Thank You so much
