My wife and I just purchased a new Weber grill from FG. A great experience from start to finish. Amazing customer service in the showroom and the guys that delivered it and gave me some customer education were top notch. One of them helped me chase down our dog that got loose. I recently bought a gas grill and a smoker from Forest Glade Fireplaces and had such a great experience. They’re super helpful, really know their stuff, and you can tell it’s a family-run place where they care about their customers. They delivered and installed everything for me and even took away my old grill — made the whole process really easy from start to finish. Dealt with the Chatham store and paid for a bbq. Was to be assembled and ready for pick up the next afternoon. They picked up the wrong one from the Windsor store so ours wasn’t ready. Promised it the next day but we couldn’t pick it up so since they made the error the receptionist promised to deliver for free. It never came and the gentleman told us they don’t deliver plus it wasn’t stated on the receipt. Terrible communication although the receptionist in Chatham was knowledgeable and helpful.
