They don’t service American customers anymore. Mark was very rude on the phone to me when asked him to just do my Canadian taxes. He must be drinking, or something, because he sounded like he was under the influence of alcohol when he was yelling at me. His excuses don’t make much sense. They did my taxes for a few years and dumped me because they can’t handle doing cross-border taxes I guess. I don’t even make a US income anymore. Beyond friendly atmosphere, very quick and efficient. We are new clients and they went through everything and explained it all to my boyfriend and I! Was much appreciated as we are new to doing our taxes. Would recommend them for anyone getting their taxes done. Very good people!
