5 star from start to finish. Very easy to get an appointment in a decent time, which I've found an issue with other Vauxhalls. Staff were amazing and I was kept up to date the whole way through. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience - very easy and quick, with clear communication and very efficient with my MOT and service. Highly recommend Forest Gate and will be back!
Service plan is a great thing, good price for it. Only issue was a little lack of communication between reception and mechanics, my car was not ready for the time request. Mechanics done good job, all sorted.
Always friendly and knowledgeable about the issues and will try to get to the bottom of it or explain if they haven’t. Carl is one of those very helpful staff that I dealt with. They do occasionally miss things but are quick to rectify things whilst there if they can or even rebook if needed highly recommended garage
