I am writing this review following a deeply upsetting and frankly disgraceful experience that my elderly mother had at our local doctor’s surgery. What should have been a place of support, care, and professionalism turned into a deeply distressing ordeal, entirely due to the conduct of the individual on reception. I registered here after moving recently but have been unable to get through to the gp on the phone after multiple attempts. Tried using their online service just to be told to call the GP. Awful - I have re-registered elsewhere and have got an appointment elsewhere no trouble.

Saw a Doctor regarding a lump under my chin and a strange texture to the floor or my mouth,was dismissed a nothing,turned out to be Cancer requiring a new jawbone to be made from a leg bone,6 Chemotherapy and 33 Radiotherapy sessions. Still recovering,was spotted by my Dentist!.
