Prompt service. No curtains for windows. It is good inside apartment and cost effective in the City. Mostly immigrants and low income community. This is a bit old apartment complex. Can't sleep in the night as people play songs from phone till 11pm and speak loudly outside and smoke cigarettes and stinking pot! I see sometimes people bang and shout and argue, drunkards may be.
