Designer Promise was very good. The product, the cabinets were broken, not built square and the tracks for the drawers were bent. What happened to good workmanship? What happened to quality control? I’m so glad we are not building a new home, it might take years to complete to get it done correctly.
Don't bother
I ordered a bathroom sink and cabinet from the store. The adventure began on 1/16/23 when I saw the pet wash station in the show room. One week later returned to the show room to order it and found that the business requires a designer to work with customers. I left my name and contact info and was told I would get a call within a week. After two weeks, I called the store. I did talk to a designer at that point.
