Staff was very friendly , maybe due to first visit but seemed a little disorganized . Doctor was very nice and conservative which i like.
The entire staff at Forest Falls Dentistry is amazing!! Ive been going to see them for about two years now and they treat me like family at every visit! Their quality of work is beyond professional it's perfect! I cannot thank them enough for fixing my smile! They truly care and it not only shows, but you can feel it! It really makes a difference! I love Forest Falls and recommend them to anyone everyone!
I was really nervous about going for this dental visit however the Dr and his staff were very kind and reassuring. I have work to do but I didn't feel judged because of it. We are going to do the work in a few appointments, making it doable. Thanks again!
After a history of traumatic experiences at the dentist, I have some pretty severe dental anxiety along with very cavity-prone teeth. When I first came to Dr. Nguyen about a year ago I could tell that this time would be different, and it was in such a positive way. I can’t express how refreshing it is to have a dental team that makes me feel safe, understood, and cared for. I drive 160 miles round-trip just to see them, but the quality of care that I receive and the smile I leave with is absolutely priceless.
Makayla was awesome! Thorough and finished in good time. She did a fantastic job.
