We are in room 1505. Wow the views are spectacular that being said this hotel needs a lot of work spa is not working bathroom at the indoor pool is closed not working. Room took two hours to clean and the floors were so dirty, furniture is stained we covered them with blankets. The shower in the bathroom is in dyer need of repainting. Decorations are outdated appliances are old and not very clean. Forest Dunes now known as Carolina Dreaming is more of a nightmare. We were not informed of the changes and different policies put in place. Such as free change of linen , towels & kitchen towels ,we are now responsible for washing our own. There is no one in the office of the building we are now dealing with Beach Colony. They have done nothing but lie to us . It took them five days to get us a functional table. No dishes in this unit. No cutlery. We were told they would move us , nothing happened. Unit 1602 should not be in the rental program as it needs a complete renovation from furnishings, appliances, flooring, fixtures. Multiple major things were broken when we moved in, and the condo was not properly cleaned. The condo is completely dated and in horrible condition. Unfortunately our 4 month lease has been paid until April 1st, and we cannot get a refund;otherwise we would have been gone.
