Our stay was for the month of March We enjoyed our stay at the Forest Dunes. We had a one bedroom deluxe ocean front unit. It was great having two balconies. The one gave us the sun until noon and the other we could enjoy the sun in the afternoon. We have been coming here for twenty years. A number of years ago the building and condo units were looking a little warn. Since Carolina Dreaming took over they have begun to updated the units and spruce up the building. We were at 5511 N Ocean Blvd., the service booking was very unprofessional and unorganized for Easter weekend. Our room and shower was very dirty and we couldn't take a shower! I found myself cleaning and sweeping the wood floors! We will never go again!!

Forest Dunes is decent, but not execptional. The outdoor pools were not heated all winter, despite the booking company we used to get the condo assuring us multiple times that they would be. Pools were not cleaned well (March 2016) with thing floating in the indoor pool. Fan in pool area very loud, and cleaner chemicals so strong in lobby pool area.
