When I needed off-site storage space, I stopped in and staff were helpful and answered all my questions. Their site is well controlled, easy to access, clean and spacious. The unit I rent is excellent for my use, and very secure. If I HAD to have a complaint, it's just access isn't 24 hours - but that's so minor it doesn't affect me at all. Excellent service.
Well, first off, Forest City Storage, 3rd St., London, ON, does not come up in review choices. Too new? OK, we'll let that go. Now, what can I say? I first reached out to the Trafalgar location, too late. They did not have a suitable unit but found me one at 3rd. St. It was the only unit left! So, the good news, 3 months at 1/2 price! I rented a unit at the Trafalgar location and it was very clean, and the staff was very helpful and showed me where to go to get to my unit. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit from them.
I am a fairly new customer here and have to say that the customer service is top notch amazing, staff is always friendly and actually take the time to show customers around and how to properly operate the gates so there's not issues on the weekends.
Very clean friendly very secure facility would recommend to anybody
