I absolutely love this place! I have not yet lived here because I do have a place of residency. But over the last few years I have stopped by to inquire on a couple of occasions & the positive energy was always in tact. The level of customer service has been unmatched. I’ve been here 3 years and I can’t say enough great things. The units are fully updated, the location and views are amazing; you can see all of downtown. Great neighbors. The leasing office and maintenance are on top of everything, they respond quickly and are really into helping residents and future residents. I am only moving out bc I bought my first home. Thank you for the 3 wonderful years Forest City has given me and my daughter!
Need help call the office and speak with management. They are friendly.when fixtures break the maintenance man stops by to repair the broken fixture.
