Spent 3 years here, two consecutive with a 3 month hiatus followed up with another year. Very clicky, I tried my hardest to adapt to the environment of only getting opportunities to grow and expand if you were friends with the owners or plant manager. (Job promotion, apprenticeships, education assistance) Plant managers personal friend dumping ground.
