I recently visited Finch Ram Dealer in London, Ontario, due to a recall on my vehicle, and my experience was extremely disappointing. They took 3 hours just to perform an update and then informed me that I would need to pick up my car and reschedule the appointment. This was a complete waste of time. For those considering it, make sure to get a promised completion time before leaving your vehicle. They are not reliable and will not provide a loaner car until their work is finished.
