Joined a couple weeks ago and I already regret not joining sooner! Great place to be if you are serious about your fitness goals! Best place to be!!!
When I was researching Cross Fit gyms 5 months ago I noticed a recurring theme; ‘community’. It was on websites and in reviews but it didn’t really hit me till a few days ago. Every day I’m at Forest City Cross Fit I hear laughter. Every day at least once or twice, it may be a single person chuckling, a couple of people sharing an anecdote or the whole gym erupting in a belly laugh. It’s a gym, it’s serious and there‘s hard work being done but Forest City Cross Fit is also a community…that laughs!
We've been sending our now 10-year old son to FCCF for a couple summers and are quite happy with the camp they offer. It's focus is on teaching them about proper exercise, in and outdoor play. He enjoys it. I like that it's not too crowded so there's plenty of attention on the kids. The only complaint he has is that when the members of the gym come in for their workouts, it disrupts the kids camp area, as they have to accommodate the members, but that's inevitable given it's a gym. Joining this CrossFit gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and overall well-being. The coaches here are incredible—super knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to be your best without making it intimidating. You can tell they genuinely care about every member’s progress.
