So I just got my oil changed by the Forest City Auto Center, and since it looked like the air filters needed to be changed out, I went ahead and did that too, thinking the whole thing wasn't going to cost me that much. How wrong was I... The whole thing between the oil change, parts (the 2 new air filters) & labor (plus topping off the air in my tires, which I didn't realize they charge you for that), cost me $243.84!!! They give you good service, and they get you in and out as promised. The popcorn is always an excellent treat.
I want to start this post off by saying that the customer service I received was fairly good at the Forest City Auto Center. However, the quality of work and communication was lacking. Originally, I took my truck in for a problem relating to a drop in oil pressure. (prior to this I knew I had O2 sensor problems, but wasn't a reason why I took my truck in) After they diagnosed the oil problem as a problem with the sensor, they recommended that I also replace my O2 sensor.
