I don’t give 5 stars lightly. There’s always room to improve. But this has made a real difference in my life. I came in at 60 as a sceptic with a surgically repaired back and concerning X-rays. After several months of regular adjustments, ongoing weekly care, and committing to 55+ gym classes three times a week, I’m now flexible, active, and far more positive about my long-term mobility. Not a quick fix. A partnership in responsibility and consistency. Grateful for the care and results.
My wife and I are from Lindfield and have been visiting Forest Chiropractic Wellness Centre for treatment. The team is very professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. They’ve helped us noticeably improve our posture and manage long-term pain that we had been dealing with for years. They also take the time to explain treatments and provide helpful advice and exercises to support long-term improvement. We’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend them.
I would highly recommend Dr keith to anyone suffering with back pain or needing a back adjustment. He has helped me over the year wuth pain after suffering sporting injuries.
Keith is very passionate about what he does and takes a holistic approach to healthcare and wellbeing that really works. My husband & I have been going to see him for the past 3 months, and we have both noticed a significant improvement in our functional ability, mood, sleep and overall wellbeing.
