After having my car broken into (along with many other neighbors) and filing a Police report, I thought it was important to let the office know what was going on in the community. While I didn't go there seeking help or to complain, I was completely disregarded and was told "so what do you want us to do?" - it would have been nice to feel that they care about their residents and they're well being.
Today we stopped by for a tour of The Aidan. While the property itself didn’t seem bad, this was absolutely the worst tour experience I’ve ever had. The leasing agent showed little to no interest in her job from the moment we walked in. She didn’t introduce herself or make any effort to engage with us. We sat there for about 10 painfully long minutes in silence while she slowly looked up availability on the computer, with no communication or acknowledgment. I have been dealing with a persistent sewer smell inside my unit for several weeks now, and despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been resolved. The odor is strong and disruptive, making it difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. Additionally, the leasing office has stated that someone came to clean the carpet, but that is simply not true—no one has entered my unit to perform any cleaning. This property is so beautiful!! You can tell they take care of this place ! The manager Ary is the sweetest the office and maintenance are super nice as well! If you looking around the area please stop here and check them out ! I love my apt and the area
Communication from the property management is poor… Update: after meeting with the management and voicing concerns, I believe they are genuinely trying to improve their service and meet the needs of their residents…
