I live here right now!!! I will give you all the raw & unedited version of how it is to deal with idiot staff & terrible corporate employees. They’re going to write under this post to contact them as if we don’t speak every single day through that email. This place is a joke & i regret moving here. It is terrible!!!!!!! Do not move here.

I do not recommend leasing here. The property has frequent staff changes, poor communication, unresolved maintenance issues, broken gates, and pest control concerns. During my stay, maintenance issues were not handled effectively, including faulty hot water tank limiting 2 minute showers and a water leak from a neighboring unit that traveled through the wall and flooded the laundry area. Poor Leasing practices !! Only made the exception to add a star because I havent had the experience to live on the property! First of all lets start with the fact that I was coerced to apply by agent LeShauna or however its spelled .. on HER FIRST DAY . My friend can vouch. I didnt have the funds to apply at the time . She coerced me to ask a friend or some one I knew to loan me the money . Also that it was dire that i ACT NOW And that if i couldnt get them to loan it that same day , that I should go ahead and put in the app... read more
