Very disappointed with the work. I paid about $1,050 to replace both front axles, all 4 brakes and rotors, both front links, and the rear left caliper. After the repair, my car now shakes on the highway and especially when braking (Something it never did before). They also bent the outer metal ring, exposing the wheel bearing to dirt and debris, and somehow left an old brake pad inside the wheel under the rotor (How..), which was causing noise. Driving on Forest Avenue on Sunday and caught a flat tire with my one year old son in the car pulled up the forest auto care they were able to help me out fix my tire and I did my oil change and inspection on a Sunday and they were very helpful great team great team thank you forest auto care welcome to the neighbourhood Thank you tiger he was great
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Do not get your car inspected here. Mentioned to the “boss” that I had a new battery and wasn’t sure if my car was going to pass inspection. He decided not to tell the technician (said he wasn’t paying attention to me when I asked him about my new battery) and wouldn’t you know the car failed inspection. Was told to drive my car for 50-100 miles and come back for a “discount” on my re-inspection. Came back after I had time to do the long drive and was told I had to pay 27 dollars in ... read more
Tiger is a very nice owner as well as his workers. Got 4 new tires, brakes & rotors & I’m very pleased.
