Our experience with this company was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. We were under the impression that production was moving forward, only to later discover—on our own—that they had withdrawn from the project entirely. Was hired as a plastic welder. They have a huge contract that they need to ramp up for which pays "big bucks". They promise transportation to the site before you get hired just to be told there are only 8 spots on the transportation list when there are over 50+ people going to the site. David, the "supervisor" from the welding side, is weird and only cares about the 4 family members he closely works with (maybe a few others he worked closely with). It's true about HR. I started working for Foresight back in 2021, and it's been a great experience so far. All employees are such team players and Foresight has really grown as a company over the past year as more employees join the experience.
The worst experience ever! I was offered an interview for the position of CNC Programmer through indeed. As a graduate student with limited industry experience, this was my first proper job interview. I spent weeks preparing for the interview, even though I had coursework, part-time work and assignments to take care of.
