Great service and owner operated. I own commercial business's and buildings as well as residential homes. I have been utilizing their service since 1992 and just recently installed another system with cameras. I wanted the top of the line camera system but the owner advised it was not necessary that their standard system was more than efficient. He was 100% right. Love the quality and he saved me hundreds of dollars that wasn't necessary. Would highly recommend this company for sure.
I had called several times to try and get a quote for their monitoring service because we purchased a house with a system that they installed. First of all they never answered the phone during business hours (non-emergency) and I must have called over 6 times on different days. I finally got a call back and wanted to get a quote and for someone to come out and take a look. The woman was nice on the phone, but I was told I would get a quote and/or a call back.
