My husband and I have been residents Foreside Estates since May. We are very happy with the management and maintenance of the property. Our concerns are addressed very quickly. Nothing major has been needed but it’s such a bonus to know that we don’t have to worry about anything ourselves. As homeowners, we appreciate not having to deal with the inevitable minor repairs ourselves. We enjoyed the pool which is very well maintained. Sadly, it is closed down after Labor Day weekend. The fact that we've been here for 15 years would be a positive review on it's own. I have to say that Foreside Estates staff will go above and beyond what is expected. As I aged, my knees and hips got so bad that I had a hard time walking up the one flight of stairs to our apartment. I requested modifications to the stairwell to accommodate my disabilities. A very quiet and safe place to live. I can’t imagine living anywhere different. Staff are very helpful. I walk a couple of miles every day around the perimeter of the property. Foreside Estates has everything and very close to stores. Love it here!
Had questions about moving there before move.. do you allow friendly dogs? If so any restrictions? or is there an extra fee? Does the rent fee include any utilities? (water, sewer, electric) or are all utilities the responsibility of renter. How much is rent insurance? How long is the lease? Is there storage or basements? Giving 5 star but not lived here yet..
