There needs to be more competition for these “dealers”. Poor customer service and took absolutely way too long to even speak with someone who doesn’t know the Equiptment they work with. I come in with part, part no and took way to long to even have someone acknowledge my presence, and there was only 2 people in the store. I’ve already begun switching my companies Equiptment from Stihl to Echo and it’s not for the tools, it’s because the locations I’ve gone to all over BC just handle customers better. Great shop for just about anything in landscaping, clearing cutting, mowing, etc. Fantastic selection of all major brands, especially impressive with a complete range of Stihl equipment. Very professional, kind , patient and helpful staff. 2 very knowledgable Ladies explaining, assisting in choices. Great deals, specials and in sum, a very pleasant experience. They keep records, register purchases for warranty and know their customers providing any necessary follow up assistance.
Great fast service. Looking forward to using my new saw.
