Looks like a great selection of good quality tools, especially Stihl and Honda. They are also a great place to get parts and supplies. They also will handle repairs.

Bought a Stihl hedge trimmer and they asked me for my info (to create an account they told me) then charged me a $14.00 fee for registering my product?? I could have done this myself and was never informed I would be charged for simply providing my info. Have bought many Stihl products (first time here) and it will certainly be my last. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
Called about an O ring for a Stihl pressure washer. From the phone call with Sienna to then not having the correct one but finding a substitute, 100% professional.. They were not 100% sure on the size so they gave me 4 at NC to make sure I had one that fit.. Now I cannot say this always happens to everyone but for sure when I need a new chain saw these are the people I am coming back to!! Thanks for the incredible services !!!
